Designed to be used daily as a food diary. You can record every food item you eat each day for up to 180 days at a time in a single file. Or you can use it to take snapshots of your diet. Either method can show you how your diet is improving over time. Includes a recipe builder to calculate the nutritional values of a particular recipe. These recipes can be stored for later use.
